I used the 1-month study plan in between taking the SAT in March and in May. I followed the plan exactly but since I had a little more than a month, I did watch additional videos and added practice problems. Magoosh helped me identify gaps that I had and showed me traps on the SAT that I was falling for. The video explanations were clear and easy to watch, especially on the practice problems. The biggest help was on the writing & language section, where I could actually learn more grammar rules in order to do way better and actually understand the question and be able to narrow down the answers.
